Poet and performer, Femi Amogunla, also known as Ogbeni Femi, is set to adapt the poem of American poet, Sarah Kay, When Love Arrives, in Yoruba.
Ogbeni Femi, whose last work, My Name, My Identity, was selected as one of the six home-based winners alongside 24 other Nigerians residing abroad for the 2012 arts competition organised by 30 House Nigeria, says he intends to use a female character to interpret the role unlike the first which he performed alone.
He states that the production will be shot in Ibadan, Ife and Lagos. His last production was a docu-drama designed to correct impressions that names in Nigeria are given for giving sake.
